Independent procurement service

Chainpath Sourcing independent coordination role

We coordinate timing chain kit requirements and supplier responses. Manufacturing claims belong to the actual supplier.

Service scope must be agreed for each inquiry. Chainpath Sourcing does not publish a factory history, customer count or savings percentage because those assets are not in this site record.

Responsibilities and evidence boundaries

What buyers control

Application requirements, optional budget with currency and per-kit or total-order basis, supplier-level preference, quantity, destination ZIP code and acceptance decisions. Preference is a buying trade-off, not a ranking this site has audited.

What the service coordinates

Requirement clarification, requests for information and documented quotation comparisons for timing chain kits, guides, tensioners and sprockets. We ask suppliers to map engine code, chain type and kit BOM; we do not certify vehicle fitment.

What suppliers confirm

Fitment references, production scope, drawings, sample terms, batch traceability, packing unit, Incoterms and shipment commitments. Warranty scope and supplier declaration stay attached to the named kit revision.

What remains open

No own-factory identity, authorization, laboratory, customer list or savings claim is implied. Repair-shop labor quotes, fault diagnosis and brand vehicle marketing sit outside this procurement scope.

Send the part and application

Include quantity, order unit and destination with engine code and kit BOM notes.
